Lynchburg-South member Troy Williams won his category and "Best of Show"
for his 2010 Camaro as voted on by the other participants
|
WSET 13 news reporter gets in on the action and
participates in the dunking booth
to help raise funds for the MDA
|
|
|
|
|
Many thanks to Kidz Jump for providing the many inflatables the the kids
and adults enjoyed throughout the day
|
Thanks to Vitos Pizza for his donations to Jerry's
Kids and to the Campbell County Rescue for standing by during the day
|
|
|
|
|
Proceeds from the Horseshoe Tournament
went towards the total funds raised |
Proceeds from the Dart Tournament
went towards the total funds raised |
|
|
|
|
65 Cars
participated in the Car Show and Kidz Jump provided several inflatable's
for the
children to enjoy. Timberlake Volunteer Fire Dept. provided the
Dunking Booth.
Vitos was on hand supplying great Pizza and donated all proceeds to MDA.
Sales from
Crick's BBQ and Burgers were also donated to MDA.
Funds were
also raised from the registration fees from the
Horseshoe
and Dart Tournament held during the day.
A check for
$2,850.00 was presented to the Local News 13 Telethon at the end of the
day
by
Lynchburg-South #1727 MDA Chairperson and Past Governor Winfred Campbell
